Flanders CreekQuilted Goat Coats
We offer both HEAVYWEIGHT COATS & MIDWEIGHT COATS. Heavyweight coats have 1" high-loft quilt batting sandwiched between the top layer and lining. Mid-weight coats have no batting. Both feature machine free-hand quilting and fleece lining. For Show Goats, we offer LIGHTWEIGHT LINED SHEETS, perfect for keeping your goat warm and clean at a show or after a bath. Our Coats and Sheets have a tough outer shell made of Durable, Waterproof 420 Denier Nylon. We currently offer Royal Blue, Silver& Burgandy. Lining is a Buttery-soft Waffle Weave Fleece. Belly straps are made of 1" Poly webbing in your choice of white or black. Bias binding is also available at additional cost. All coats and sheets come standard with 1" wide poly webbing belly strap with side release buckle adjustment (except newborn Pygmy/Nigerian/ Dwarf which comes with dee ring/ velcro adjustment attached to webbing). All coats have adjustable fronts secured with velcro. Larger coats also have webbing and slide buckle adjustment as additional security. All coats have hind leg elastic straps to secure the back of the coat and keep it from flipping up during inclement weather. Flanders Creek Coats & Sheets make a bold fashion statement whether at home or at a show. Your goats will turn heads wearing one of our coats. NOTE: Our coats and sheets are custom, made to order. If you need a large number of coats, (i.e. large show string, show award presentations, etc.) please let us know as soon as possible. Our coats and sheets are made one at a time, and take time to construct and/or embroider. Additional supplies may have to be ordered to fill your order. Thankyou for your patience.

Embroidery Services For that special touch, dress up your coat with YOUR HERD OR RANCH NAME. It's hard to overlook a show string wearing matching coats sporting an embroidered name. Embroidery wishes must be made at the time an order is placed. We will embroider your herd or ranch name on your coat free of charge (size/line limits apply). Please allow extra time for embroidery. .
This is the show coat we made for the BADGA (Butler Area Dairy Goat Assn.) Raffle to help fund their 2005 show in New Castle, PA. This medium weight Royal Blue Nylon coat with satin lining has heavy free-hand stipple quilting over the entire coat, as well as custom gold embroidery.

Measuring for Correct Fit Although we have developed our own standardized patterns, we ask that you give us the following measurements for each coat you wish to purchase. This allows us to alter our existing pattern to suit your particular goat's measurements, and provide for the best possible fit. *Base of neck to base of tail (top line) for back measurement *Middle of chest to end of rump in a straight, horizontal line for length of coat *Top of withers to bottom of heart girth for depth of coat *Girth circumference (located closest to withers) for strap measurement

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail in the US. We provide Delivery Confirmation free of charge in the US. Never a handling fee. For international orders, we ship Global Priority Mail by weight if under 4 lbs, or if over 4 lbs, Air Parcel Post. We will purchase a Certificate of Mailing (proof of mailing) since there is no Delivery Confirmation available through USPS for international shipments. All orders are pre-paid prior to shipping. For large or embroidered orders, we require a down payment, with balance and shipping charges due at time of shipment. Please place your order early to be assured your coats will be ready when you need them. All our coats are hand crafted by us on an individual basis and are not imports.
